Refund policy
Return Policy.
1- To return an item login to your account - go to "Orders " page – select the order you wish to return – choose the item you wish to return and the reason you are returning it for – tap on "Return." You will receive an email that your request is being reviewed. In case your request is accepted, you will receive an email including tracking number for your shipment.
2-Returns will be processed only if: the item is returned in the same condition as when it was received , in its original package , is not different from what was shipped to you , was not damaged while in your possession .You will be requested to send photo of the product to insure its condition to proceed with the return request .
3- Example for items that cannot be returned to maintain hygienic conditions: personal care items, respiratory products, lancing devices, blood glucose strips and monitors, peak flow meters, pregnancy test kit, single use devices, etc. …
4- Any orders received can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, under the above-mentioned conditions, without reason. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
5- If the received order is damaged, or incomplete (missing parts), or defected due to defects in manufacturing, or wrong item, please notify within 7 days from the date of receipt to request replacement or refund. Our website will be responsible for all shipping fees.
6- If the placed order is not received within 15 days , the customer have the right to cancel it by sending email to customer.service@dababonline.com
7- Refunds for return requests will be processed upon receipt of the item for our facilities. For cash on delivery customers, refund will be issued directly after receiving the item. For card payments, refund may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement.
