Shipping policy

1-      In the contiguous of Saudi Arabia, our standard shipping fee is based on estimated calculation from freight Company. 

2-      Our standard shipping fees only applies to products that are standard size, standard weight, and non-hazardous materials.  Hazardous materials products have specific shipping assigned to them or it is calculated after the order based on the fee from the shipping company. 

3-      Products that are oversized, heavy, or require special freight shipping requirements are designated outside of our standard shipping fees and have specific shipping fees assigned to them which are shown in the checkout cart.

4-      Freight shipping fees are calculated by the freight shipper and are passed on without any increases.  Freight shipping is normally calculated based on several variables such as weight, size, delivery method, and delivery location.

5-      We ship items starting from Sunday - Thursday provided that the product ordered is in stock. 

6-      Orders are not processed or shipped on Friday, Saturday, or major Saudi Arabia holidays.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  Consider the shipping time as an estimate.

7-       We reserve the right to use alternative shippers such as the post office, local courier, etc. if we deem it more appropriate for your order.  However, you will not be charged any additional fees without first receiving an estimate and request to approve the charge.
