How to use:

1. Insert batteries and attach the electrode cord to the main unit.

2. Snap electrodes to pads.

3. Do not switch on the device until pads are placed on the skin. It is critical to use both pads to ensure the stimulation works.

4. Before you start the therapy, give your pain a mental rating of 1 low to 15. This will help you compare if the device has helped after the therapy.

5. The pads should be placed on either side of the pain site rather than placing directly on the pain. Pad placement should be at least 3cm apart.

6. Push the power button to start the unit and choose any of the modes from 1 to 9. Massage modes (1 to 3) and pain modes (4 to 9) depending on your area of pain.

7. Choose the intensity level by using the up-down arrows and choosing between 1 and 15.

8. The unit will continue working for 15 minutes of therapy and will then shut off.
