PORITA Vaginal Ring Pessary

Medical device , for women , prescribed by a Healthcare Professional (HCP) for the treatment of symptomatic uterine prolapse 

Characterized by :

• One piece per pack 
• Made of flexible PVC 
• Have a wall thickness of 12.5mm
• Fitting , sizing and replacement is carried out under medical guidance through a simple, painless internal procedure.
• It is recommended to replace the pessary before a maximum time of 6 months otherwise complications may occur .
• Latex free , doesn't contain metal
• No special storage conditions 
• Do not incinerate , dispose as per local regulation
• Not a surgically invasive device and is not intended for connection to an active device for long-term use.
• Warnings : if symptoms start to appear such as excessive vaginal bleeding , discharge pain , irritation or any other concerns , contact the person who fitted it , an alternative medical professional or the the manufacturer 
• Contraindications : may include fitting discomfort, bleeding, ulceration, inflammation of the pelvis, infection such as vaginitis, patient non-compliance and delayed follow up.
